Studios 5 and 6 are available to hire and would be ideal for a music-related business for example repairs, equipment hire, management or record label (not recording studios).

Studio 5 dimensions approx. 16' x 6'
Studio 6 dimensions approx. 10' x 8'

Facilities include:

Newly decorated and carpeted rooms with spotlights
Access from 10am - 11pm, 7 days / week
Hire costs include electricity, business rates and water rates
Free tea / coffee and use of kitchen and toilet facilities

£80 per week
